  2. Make a nice drawing of each.

  3. Add vectors to show the loads on the object.

  4. Assume the loads and forces are balanced.

  5. Color the Indicated parts to show which of these forces affect it.:

  • Tension: blue

  • Compression: Red

  • Flexure: Purple

  • Torsion: Orange
